UGG! Today.. I have to write a research paper on stem cell research, FOR LITERATURE. 

I know what you are all thinking.. is that fair? for literature? Science? really?!?

ITS BEEN FOREVER!

so.. I thought I should post something wonderful! 

My sister had her birthday in March, and I did a fun little photoshoot with her and her friends.

And well, they are kinda the cutest... 

 Courtney, Jess(Birthday girl!), Emily, and Haleigh

 OH YEAH they can rock it =DD

no photo session is complete with out a "band photo"

 I love how this black and white turned out!

 Haha.. they wanted to do a "sprint bars" photo.. cept they did it shortest to tallest, thats why Hay had to jump!

 Then we all played a rousing game of NINJA

 And off they went, to go play on the swingset!

This has absolutely nothing to do with what I'm posting today.. well maybe it sort of does?( this blog should be renamed random ramblings..)
ANYWAYS!
I've been working on ALOT of stuff lately..I almost don't even know where to start! So sadly...this post is more like a "stay posted" post!

Well where I live we have been getting ALOT of snow..and when I say alot.. I mean at least once a week we have a 2 foot snow storm..crazy I know!
So our powers gone out a few times...and one of those times I took a few minutes in our dark power room..to take some pictures!

I often wonder,

Why not ride free, flying

in the great water sky?

Floating along as if nothing and no one is here

Thinking to myself and just being.

Water is solace,

Water is clear

Water is a place where my soul draws near.

(We were assigned to write some poetry about landscapes.. I personally love water so here is the beginning. I LOVE beginnings!)

Oh my tutu...How many of you girls out there remember these days? The days when you didn't care what people thought..where you went to a dance recital not to see everyone else dance, but to make up your own.

The days when you decided to defy fashion and wear your tutu over your jeans?

Those were the days.

I can't wait until I have a little girl who can twirl around in her own little tutu..
